Chuck established the firm in 1984 after working with international, regional and local accounting firms.

Chuck earned his accounting degree from Villanova University and graduated from the Temple University School of Law.

Serving Community Interest Realty Associations (condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations) for the past twenty years has positioned Chuck as an expert in the field which has led to several engagements as a lecturer. Chuck is also a former board member of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

Holding licenses as both an Attorney and CPA, Chuck has found working on estates to be very rewarding. He is able to use both disciplines while offering assistance during a very difficult time for family and friends.

Chuck’s free time is spent with his family and church, where he has served as Treasurer since 2001. He still hopes to get his pilot’s license one day!

Jessica Billings
Office Administrator

Far more than a receptionist/clerk, Jessica is involved in every facet of the practice, and was instrumental in making this web site a reality.

Jessica is currently attending Valley Forge Christian College majoring in business administration.

Although she DOES NOT want to be a CPA, she is quite interested in the business world. It is the firm’s hope that we can keep her on board as long as possible.
